Alice

As I am basing my textiles a level coursework on Alice in Wonderland I have had lots of ideas for different ways the character can be pursued and so I wanted to share the most basic oone I came up with. As I wanted this to be an everyday outfit it is very subtly Alice. All the elements are exactly the same however the dress does not have a collar like the character and I have replaced the apron with a petite bow belt. I feel that this has made the outfit look preppy rather than costume like which is exactly what I was aiming for however it would be incredibly easy to transform this into a costume, it is just a matter of tweaking the dress style and adding a few features.
