Regina Mills

As Once Upon a Time is one of my favourite TV shows I have dedicated a post to my favourite character from the show, Regina Mills. The whole TV show is about fairy tale characters that have been cast away from the Enchanted Forest to a town called StoryBrooke. Played by Lana Parrilla she also is the part of the Evil Queen when a fairytale character and she is actually the one that cast this spell upon the village. The outfit I have designed isn't particularly recognised to be her but it would still be quite noticeable in my opinion. It is very fancy and with the right make up combination it should be the perfect costume.
